Payment

Fees are payable in advance, are exclusive of books, and are not charged pro rata. The billing process will be under the control of THH. Parents or potential Students are required to prepay a package of 10 lessons. Fees must be paid in full, ten days before the start date unless otherwise specified. The Parent/ Student shall ensure that each lesson is correctly logged in properly on the time sheet that the Tutor will provide them with. No lessons will be processed and no Student will be able to attend lessons until full payment is received. A receipt will be sent upon request.
Payments must not be made directly to the Tutor at any time.

Expenses

All expenses (including books and travel) must be agreed with the Tutor in advance. In general, there are no travel charges within central London, but it is expected that Students cover any extra travel expenses for any location exceeding zone 3 of the London Underground.

Cancellation and refunds

Students are advised to consider carefully their circumstances and personal commitments before enrolment as no refunds will be possible once the lessons commence. Students should book blocks of 10 lessons. No fee refund or fee transfer is possible if they cannot attend any of these lessons. Fees cannot be transferred to cover payment for a course in another school year.

Holidays

There are four holiday periods: Half Terms, Christmas, Easter and summer. No classes will take place during the Greek Easter Holy Week but that will not affect the number of sessions per term. Classes falling on a Bank Holiday will be rescheduled.

Non – solicitation

The Student or parent is not permitted to make private arrangements for tuition with a Tutor introduced by THH at any time. Should a Student or Parent breach this obligation, they will be liable to account to THH for all sums paid to the Tutor without deduction and THH shall be entitled to obtain an injunction against a parent to prevent further breaches. This obligation shall continue notwithstanding termination of this agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing by a Director of THH, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions put forward by the Student/ Parent. No variation or alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless approved in writing by a Director of THH.
